I know it is Sunday and really you just don't feel like doing anything, if this is your rest day then rest and try this one tomorrow. If it isn't a rest day add this exercise to your workout.
You don't even have to get up! Ok well maybe to grab some ankle weights then sit on a table or in a chair put your legs together and you will lift one straight out in front of you counting up for two and down for two. Repeat on other leg. Do this one 3 sets of 15 each leg.
