This probably is not the swimming you are thinking...no bathing suit or water required. This exercise works the back, buttocks, core, hamstrings, hip stabilizers, neck, and trapezius.
Simply lie flat on your stomach on the ground or an exercise mat. Then lift your legs and arms off the ground keeping your head facing down. Make sure legs and arms are straight and you will alternate one arm up-one leg up 20 times without touching the ground with your feet, hands or head. Do 3 sets of 20.
