Stretching can be just as important as strength training and cardiovascular workouts. This stretch helps you back and hamstrings release some tension.
Sit down with your legs out straight, toes up, and ankles together. Just reach forward with a straight back as far as you can. The exercise should stretch not be painful so only go as far as you can whether that be halfway to your toesor interlocking fingers around your feet. Hold for 30 seconds.
